Our Areas

Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for the targeted approach and recruitment of talents for EOS in Germany. For this, Employer Branding, Active Sourcing and Talent Marketing measures are used.

People Development

The People Development Team supports employees, leaders, and teams in their development. Through customised learning formats and development tools, they cultivate the potential of each individual.

HR Administration

In HR Administration, the smooth support of employees and leaders throughout the employee life cycle is ensured, along with the swift implementation of administrative HR topics, such as payroll

Group HR

The Group HR Team of the EOS Group enhances competitiveness through strategic consultation and optimisation of international HR processes. It promotes international exchange and ensures a homogeneous corporate culture.
